A group of undergraduate students from the University of Pennsylvania studying international relations in East Asia visited SIIR in the afternoon of May 16. The U Penn students, led by Prof. Tomoharu Nishino, visited the Institute as part of their Japan tour. Prof. Tadashi Anno delivered a background lecture entitled “Geopolitics and Japan’s Security” to prepare the students for a discussion session with Sophia students studying Japan’s security policy.
