Sophia Institute of International Relations (SIIR) Director Tadashi Anno’s paper, “The Liberal International Order: Intellectual Foundations and Sources of Crisis” has been uploaded as the fourth issue of the SIIR Working Paper series. The paper is an English version of the author’s chapter in an edited volume which resulted from SIIR’s joint research project.
