Mr. Tokuchi’s article published in the Journal of Indo-Pacific Affairs

    Mr. Hideshi TOKUCHI, a former Vice-Minister of Defense for International Affairs, and a Visiting Fellow at SIIR, has published an article entitled “Japan and the Quad Plus: A Japanese View for the Development and Expansion of the Quad in the Age of War on the Novel Coronavirus” in a special issue of the Journal of Indo-Pacific Affairs (Special Issue 2020, pp. 73-86).
