Visit of Teachers from Islamic Schools to Sophia University
as a part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Islamic School Teacher Invitaiton Program from the Southeast Asia (Monday October 16, 2023）
The Institute of Islamic Area Studies, with the Institute of Asian, African, and Middle Eastern Studies welcomed the Islamic School teachers from Malaysia and the Philippines, in response to the request of the Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It was a part of the Islamic School Teachers Invitation Program from Southeast Asia.
With the initiative of KUSHIMOTO Hiroko, member of the two Institutes, KAWASHIMA Midori, AKAHORI Masayuki, KONDO Fumiya, and graduate and undergraduate students participated in the exchange program.
