■Speaker : Mr.Joel Simon
　Mr. Joel Simon has been the Executive Director of the Committee
　to Protect Journalists (CPJ) since 2006. He helped to launch the
　Global Campaign against Impunity and to establish a Journalist
　Assistance Program. He has written widely on press freedom
　issues and is the author of The New Censorship: Inside the global
　battle for Media Freedom (Columbia University Press, 2015).
