SIAS will host a hybrid lecture by Dr. Mebarek Djaafri (Adrar University), in collaboration with the Institute of Asian, African, and Middle Eastern Studies, Sophia University, and the Water-Scarce Society Research Center, Sophia University.

The lecture will be delivered in Arabic, and a Japanese translation of the text will be distributed to the participants. The discussion will be facilitated by a translator in Arabic, English, and Japanese.
