This paper takes up five articles written by Dr. Mihovil Pansini, one of the most important
founders of the Verbotonal Theory. His researches on rehabilitation of hard-of-hearing
children brought him to the conclusion that the spatioception (sense of space) was crucial
to overcome the auditory deficiency. The process of overcoming contains the essence of
the Verbotonal Theory: the optimality. Revaluation of Dr. Pansini’s works is significant in
various domains including language learning.
