Our Shared Struggles: An East Asia Labor Exhibition & Exchange [East Asia Labor Festival: Connecting Workers in East Asia from the Grassroots]

"Our Shared Struggles: An East Asia Labor Exhibition & Exchange" will be held on Sophia University campus from Friday, October 3 to Saturday, October 11.

The event introduces the labor movements in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, and other East Asian countries, through diverse programs including an exhibition on the history of the labor movement, screenings and discussions of labor-themed documentary films, and workshops. There will also be opportunities to interact with the organizers who will be visiting Japan from various countries.

Organized by colleagues from different countries who are committed to the grassroots labor union movement, the event has been held every other year since it launched in Taipei in 2019. This will be the third of its kind.

Participation is free of charge. To receive the latest information, please register at https://tinyurl.com/eastasialabor2025 .
