9人の若者がカメラの前や後ろで一緒に働き、ドメスティック・バイオレンス、デートDV、セクシュアル・ハラスメント、性的暴行にアジア・太平洋諸島の視点を入れることを検証したものである。ワークショップ、ディスカッション、ゲストスピーカー、フィールド・ワーク、音楽、実践的なカメラのトレーニングなどを通して、彼らはアジア・太平洋諸島コミュニティで起きている数々のバイオレンスについて理解を深めていく。彼らは私達のコミュニティーで起こるバイオレンスをどのように変えるか、また他の人々のこのような問題に対する態度や行動をどのように変えるかについて検証した。
Nine youth came together to work in front of and behind the cameras to explore Asian/Pacific Islander perspectives on domestic violence, dating violence, sexual harassment, and sexual assault. Through workshops, discussions, guest speakers, field trips, music, and hands-on camera training, they were able to create a space where they could understand the violence that takes place in the Asian/Pacific Islander communities. They explored how to change the violence that takes place in our communities, and how to change other people's attitudes and behaviors about these issues.
