Recent Developments in State-Owned Business under Putin 

This study focuses on recent developments in big business and economic sectors in which the Russian state typically has a high degree of involvement.  It explores the major issues related to state-owned businesses, including management control, shareholder conflicts, conflicts of interest, and business decision-making.  Companies covered include large state-owned enterprises active in the Russian economy.
