【Extended Deadline: July 8th (Wed.) 23:59】Call for Proposals (2020), Global Studies Symposiums and Workshops Organized by Graduate Students and Junior Scholars

All GSGS workshops and symposiums will be held online in this academic year (4/2020-3/2021) due to travel restrictions and social distancing during the coronavirus pandemic.

As part of our training and education, the Graduate School of Global Studies (GSGS) offers graduate students and junior scholars the opportunity to organize symposiums and workshops that are open to the public. This gives students the professional experience of organizing an academic event, while furthering their own research and intellectual networks. To apply for this opportunity, students submit proposals for workshops, with the best proposal will selected to be nurtured to the scale of an international symposium. Additionally, those who present papers at GSGS sponsored workshops will be able to publish them in the AGLOS, the online journal of the GSGS.
