Graduated from the University of Hitotsubashi Fuculty of Commerce

Graduated from Oxford University Diploma Social Studies

Joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Having served as,Counsellor to the Japanese Mission in Geneve , Minister to the Thailand Embassy , Ambassador to the Internatinal Organizations in Vienna , Ambassador to the United Nations in New York, Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain , Ambassador to Ukraine.

Publications include, Peace Cooperation , Yuhikaku 1995, Japanese Participaion of the United Nations Peace Keeping Operations,Shinzansya 2021, History of Japanese Consulate in Odessa, Kobegakuin 2021, Russian Invasion of Ukraine and the Orthdox Church ,Kawade Shinsho,2022.
