日本で初めて「ヘイトスピーチ」に対する損害賠償訴訟を提訴し、勝訴を勝ち取った李信恵氏（リ・シネ、在日コリアン2.5世、ジャーナリスト）と、その支援者の梁千賀子氏（ヤン・チョナジャ、在日コリアン2世、「民族学級」講師）らを中心に記録したドキュメンタリー。2022年済州女性映画祭オープニング作品招待上映、2022年あいち国際女性映画祭コンペティション部門招待上映。
新進気鋭のオ・ソヨン監督が、日本における複合差別と闘う在日コリアン女性たちと出会い、その活動を映像に収めた。本作品の視聴を通して、複合差別をめぐる実態を共有し、根絶に向けてどのような取組みが必要なのかを考える。上映後は、オ監督を囲んで出演者たちとのトークイベントも開催。
This is a documentary film about Lee Shinhey (a 2.5-generation Zainichi Korean journalist) who filed and won Japan's first lawsuit against “hate speech”, and her supporter Yang Chunhaja (a second-generation Zainichi Korean and an instructor of “Minzoku Gakkyu (cultural classes to learn about and build a Korean ethnic identity)”). This film was invited to be the opening film of the 2022 Jeju Women's Film Festival. Also, it was invited to be screened in competition at the 2022 Aichi International Women's Film Festival.
An up-and-coming director Oh So-young met Zainichi Korean women fighting against compound discrimination in Japan and captured their activities on film. Through watching this film, the audiences will share the reality surrounding compound discrimination and consider what efforts are necessary to eradicate it. After the screening, a panel discussion with the director Oh and the performers will be held.
