Pich Keo, director of the Angkor Conservation Office of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts. In October 1979 after the civil war, he was the local director of the Angkor archaeological site of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, that had reopened. Special lectures for students of the Royal University of Fine Arts in Phnom Penh. Since many Cambodian experts had disappeared during the Pol Pot regime, lectures were conducted by Japanese experts.
