To apply for the SAIMS Program, please contact the office in charge of exchange programs (the International Office, in most cases) at your home university. The AIMS Programme coordinator will have more details about the application procedure.
Once the application documents are submitted, the home university selects students to nominate to Sophia University, which in turn will review the applications of the selected students. The results will be notified to the coordinator.
Participating students will enroll in Sophia either in April (spring) or September (autumn). Please note that the application schedule is different for spring and autumn. The exact application deadline will be announced on the SAIMS website.

As each university has its own schedule and deadline for internal selection for the SAIMS Program or exchange program, applicants are advised to check carefully at the home university.
The selected students must submit all required application documents, including Application Form, Official Transcript, Essay, Housing Form, Visa Application Form, etc. The necessary forms and instructions will be provided by the coordinator at the home university.
