- 南仏トゥールーズの中心地に所在するカトリック系私立大学。人文科学、法学、哲学、教会法学、神学の5学部をもち、人文学系に力を入れている。通常の授業を履修する場合、留学生は語学要件B2レベルが求められるが、大学付属のフランス言語文化学院（IULCF）では、交換留学生は無料でフランス語科目を受講できる。宿舎はキャンパス周辺から電車で10分程度の範囲内で手配することが可能。こじんまりとして治安が良く、住みやすい環境である。
